There is an issue with quest 3 when sideloading and a game has obb files the quest will not let you copy the obb folder so the game wont work
with this workaround it is possible until a more permanent solution is found

This Is A Temporary Workaround Until A More Permanent Solution Is Found

To Sideload Your Game You First Need To Create The Directory Of The Game You Are Installing In The Obb Folder Manually

Step 1. Find The Game You Want To Install And Get The Package Name this is the .com folder in your downloads

Step 2. Open A Command Promt In Your ADB directory

Step 3. Run This Command: adb shell mkdir /sdcard/Android/obb/PACKAGENAME    (Make Sure You Change Packagename To The Game Your Installing)

Example if you want to install Beatsaber then to make the directory the command would be  adb shell mkdir /sdcard/Android/obb/com.beatgames.beatsaber

Step 4. Now Just Install Your Game As You Normally Would
